As the Operations Manager, you will be expected to drive active project voyages and manage site operations. You will be an integral part of the operations team and inherit multi-million-pound projects with a range of collaborators and clients including many at the cutting edge of crop research.
In this role, you will be expected to communicate with external stakeholders and disseminate activities and responsibilities within the internal team and subcontractors. You will be expected to help onboard new development projects and present the findings and updates to the relevant parties. We expect you to have managing projects as well as prioritising tasks with available technical resources.
ApplyElectronics Technician
As the Electronics Technician you will facilitate the assembly, testing and maintenance of our products, working under the direction of experienced specialists in a unique opportunity for professional development and experience at the cutting edge of electro-mechanical development and crop research.
You will work under the technical team to support the practical elements of prototyping including sensor integration, PCB design and manufacture. We expect you to have some experience in practical development and workshop familiarization but expect the individual to develop into the role over time.

As the Plant Technician, you will be expected to maintain and propagate plant material within the internal production facility and operating sensing equipment access a variety of biotic and abiotic stresses to support the catalog of a growing number of crops and conditions.
You will also be key to linking the phenotypic traits identified with the underlying plant pathology and pathogen evolution to progress the fundamental research across multi-million-pound projects with a range of collaborators and clients including many large consortia. In this role, you will be prepare, seed, germinate, propagate, monitor, harvest and perform reference observations and measurements to build the baseline correlation sets. We expect you to have experience with plant trials withi a research environment.
