As the Software Engineer, you will be expected to optimize the real-time machine vision systems algorithms. You will join the data workflow team which sits at the heart of the services across multi-million-pound projects with a range of collaborators and clients including many at the cutting edge of crop research. In this role, you will be expected to maintain the embedded Linux operating systems and the real-time C++ acquisition code. You will be responsible for the code repository and maintenance of environment containers for both local and cloud algorithms. You will be expected to work with the technical team to inform product enhancements and support the report generation so communicate the results to the relevant parties. We expect you to have experience with image processing and ideally three-dimensional data manipulation.

As a Data Scientist, you will be a key member of the data workflow team, central to delivering services on multi-million-pound projects with diverse collaborators and clients, including leaders in crop research. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, cataloging, pre-processing, analyzing, and training novel machine learning models to enhance the detection and classification of pests and diseases, as well as modeling crop production. You will collaborate closely with the technical team to inform product improvements and support the generation of reports, ensuring clear communication of results to relevant stakeholders. As the Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and maintaining client relationships through the sales onboarding process. You will be an integral part of the business development team and inherit accounts with some of the biggest global conglomerates at the cutting edge of crop research. In this role, you will be expected to communicate with a range of different customer sectors and feedback any relevant material to improve the sales deck. You will be expected to onboard customers into pilot projects and cultivate the relationship through to annual recurring revenue. We expect you to have experience in setting up and managing onboarding projects as well as aligning customer needs with a range of product and service values
